    Transcript.
     

  • Two Written References (please be sure to include the references’ names and contact information).
     

  • Your Resumé 
     

  • An Acceptance Letter from school you will be attending.
     

  • Summarize your volunteer and community service activities, past, present and future in a 500-600
    word essay.

Financial information may be requested.

Applications must be submitted/postmarked no later than 11:59 PM, Saturday, March 28th.  Applications received after this date

will not be considered.
